Returns

An order cannot be changed once it’s been placed. Ensure to double check that you have ordered the correct products & quantities BEFORE proceeding to check out. We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind.

However, if products are found faulty or damaged, we will replace your items as soon as we can. Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of receiving the item) with a photograph of the damage.
