Shipping policy:

All orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. After the order has been shipped out and received by the courier, you will receive a tracking number which you may use to track your package.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated. Lulu Skin is not liable for shipping courier delays, mis-routed or lost packages. For any claims, please follow up directly with the shipping courier.
